Research Is Changing the Future of Diabetes
…be a part of it
Research provides the evidence we need to make improvements in treatments and services. All medicines we have today including those used to treat diabetes are available because scientists, doctors & nurses have worked together to discover and to develop new treatments through research.
Considering taking part in research? Hear more about experiences of other participants.
Diabetes research would not be possible without the support of people with diabetes. By taking part in research you could play an important role in helping to prevent diabetes, to develop new & better treatments, or to find a potential cure.
Enquire to find out how you can help research new treatments for Type 1 Diabetes.
If you’ve been diagnosed with T1D within the past 6 to 9 weeks, there may be studies you can take part in.
If you have been diagnosed for longer than 9 weeks, your help is still valuable, there may still be studies you can participate in.
